Libra Mom

I was playing around with my pictures and came across a program that does editing with horoscopes and such - basically anything. If I could put this in the profile section instead of mine being in there I would , Somehow mine comes up . SOme what she reminds me of Princess Diana in this photo no? maybe its me. So for now, this is for you . Thought it came out kinda nice. This is for my Libra Guardian angel in heaven..

Holes In The Floor Of Heaven
I came across this song while downloading some songs for this blog. It's sung by Steve Wariner who is a WONDERFUL country singer. He is another singer who writes beautiful touching lyrics that touches the heart and makes me tear up and hit home. Seems I keep finding songs that hit home lately. like the one chorus of this song that goes "And there's holes in the floor of Heaven
and her tears are pourin down
that's how you know she's watchin'
wishin' she could be here now
and sometimes when I'm lonely
I remember she can see
there's holes in the floor of Heaven
and she's watchin' over you and me" I must be really missing you mom or else I'm just PMSing and on a huge crying spree! All my love and Thanks again for watching over us.:){click on holes in floor of heaven to hear song}Holes In The Floor Of Heaven by Steve Wariner - Rhapsody Player

Happy Birthday Mom

Today is October 6th. Moms birthday. Normally i would have sent her flowers to Debbie's house to be placed at her stone, but everyone's up at Dad's house this weekend closing up the cabin, and having a big get together which I think is really nice. It's not often dad has the WHOLE family at the house all at one time anymore, the only one missing is me and the family :( It's usually this one can't get off, or that one has to work, On holidays like when I went up for Christmas , it was just me, dad, Doug and Tom and the kids- kinda quiet- this time God help him! LOL. Even the dog might be up with Eddie & the kids. So this time I stopped by the church, said a prayer, and send my wishes of love via Blogger.I'm glad Dad has company. It's nice to see him busy. God I miss everyone. I'll see them soon enough. For now, Happy Birthday Mom ! I Love you!

This Blog's For You

I've been thinking of putting this blog together now for some time. Now that tomorrow is Mom's birthday,it seems to come together just in time. It's been a bit of a hard year. With her death, and every holiday and SOO wishing I could visit her stone, but being down here, well it just sucks! So I devised my own method to be able to pay respect to Mom in a way I can afford it in my own way till I can get there in real time once again. I decided there are other friends and family members who probably feel the same way somewhat somehow and wanna let them in on this idea. Not that paying respect has now gone cyber mind you, I just thought this was a nice way to memoralize the most beautiful woman I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and loving and was so painfully stripped of way too soon. My mother, Carol Sturm. I love you mom. Always have and you are in my heart of hearts forever and always. I framed one of my favorite photos of us that I keep on my dresser And whats nice is Tom doesn't mind, even if it IS of my first marriage- it's one of the nicest smiles and pictures I have - When I miss her I talk to her and its almost like she's there. And you what? I bet she is! God Bless and keep her always.
